Hummingbird--banana cake with pineapple & nuts  
Italian Creme--coconut & pecans in white batter  

Carrot--fresh grated carrots and raisins   
Red Velvet Cake--moist red cake with a hint of chocolate, a regional favorite. Can be made orange for UT fans!
